PlayCore offers an HSA for HDHP participants and multiple FSA options through WEX.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Administered by WEX. Available to participants in the HDHP plan. Enroll during open enrollment through the benefits enrollment platform.

Pre-tax contributions, tax-free growth, and tax-free withdrawals for qualified healthcare expenses.
You own your HSA and unused funds roll over each year and are yours to keep if you retire or leave the company.
Employer contribution: $250 single / $500 family for HDHP $2,200; $500 single / $1,000 family for HDHP $3,500 and $4,700.
Must be enrolled in the HDHP
Must not be covered by a spouse’s plan
No one else can claim you as a dependent
Must not be enrolled in Medicare, TRICARE or TRICARE for Life
Must not have received VA benefits in the past 3 months
Must enroll in the HSA and make a yearly minimum contribution of at least $52 to receive employer funding
Proof of identity may be required by WEX.
