Accident Insurance

Prudential

Accident Insurance helps cover out-of-pocket expenses such as copays, deductibles, ambulance rides, emergency room visits, surgery and anesthesia.

What's Included

  • Guaranteed issue coverage
  • $75 wellness benefit for Accident Insurance
  • Benefits paid directly to employee; no health questions required.

Critical Illness Insurance

Prudential

Critical illness insurance pays cash benefits for a range of illnesses.

What's Included

  • $10,000 increments up to $20,000 for employee
  • $5,000 increments up to $10,000 for spouse and dependent children
  • No proof of good health required
  • $75 once per calendar year
  • Newly diagnosed conditions after the effective date are not considered preexisting; recurring conditions have a 6 month waiting period before benefits are eligible for payment.

Hospital Indemnity Insurance

Prudential

The Prudential Hospital Indemnity plan provides financial assistance to supplement your existing coverage, helping you avoid using savings or borrowing to cover expenses such as transportation and meals for family members, childcare, or time away from work.
